Changes for version 4
- Replaced 'Smart Investment' special ability with 'Manager'
- Feedback indicated 'smart investment' was not very useful. Replaced with an ability to utilise cohorts for downtime activities.
- Added the requirement for the willing transfer of coin to activate 'Money talks'
- Changed 'Money Talks' to require that the coin changes hands voluntarily to prevent the ability helping with pickpocket type activities.
